Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Milwaukee Bucks' greatest player, could be on the move this offseason, with the Golden State Warriors, Portland Trail Blazers, and Miami Heat among the top destinations.
The Warriors have the second-best odds to sign him at +350, while the Heat leads the list at +300, with the Bucks failing to advance to the second round of the playoffs this season. Antetokounmpo signed a five-year, $228 million extension in December of 2020, which will keep him with the Bucks until the end of the 2024-25 season.
The Trail Blazers have struggled to surround Damian Lillard with sufficient talent, and there is speculation that he might leave the team. Acquiring Antetokounmpo could persuade Lillard to wait for another All-NBA teammate, which he has not had since LaMarcus Aldridge.
The Miami Heat, who eliminated the Bucks from the playoffs this season, could be interested in acquiring Antetokounmpo to bolster their championship prospects. If Antetokounmpo were to request a trade, the Heat would have the best odds of signing him, according to Sportsbetting.ag, although the player does not appear to be overly eager to leave Milwaukee.
